When preparing for a long-distance sporting activity such as a marathon, a trail or a cyclosportive, go for ANTIOXIDANT MALTO*.
Take ANTIOXIDANT MALTO over the 3 days before your competition. It will help you increase your energy reserves (glycogen) in order to improve resistance and endurance on the day of your race.
A source of vitamins B1, B6 and C, ANTIOXIDANT MALTO contributes to good energy metabolism and helps reduce fatigue.
When and how should you consume ANTIOXIDANT MALTO ?
During the 3 days prior to a competition, dissolve 150 g of ANTIOXIDANT MALTO every day in 1.5 L of water and sip throughout the day.
ANTIOXIDANT MALTO does not contain any preservatives and should be consumed on the same day it is prepared.
