Delivery and right to return

Delivery

The products are sold to the delivery address indicated by you in the order process. The withdrawal of products (click & collect) from the Running Planet Geneva store is authorized and free.

The delivery charge amount may vary according to the weight and destination of your parcel. It is subject to your approval before validating each order. However, for all orders over CHF 190, delivery is free in Switzerland.

Subject to any special conditions indicated when the order is validated, the delivery period is estimated at around 3 to 5 working days starting from the time of confirmation of the purchase for an order sent by La Poste in the normal way and from 1 to 2 working days for an order sent by La Poste as a priority. This delivery period is an estimate and is not binding on Agiplast.

Agiplast shall not be responsible for any delay or problem during the delivery. The sale is validly carried out and Agiplast is released from any liability when the product is deposited with the postal service or a shipping agent.

Warranty and right to return

Agiplast offers a two-year warranty on the products sold. You can assert your rights directly via the manufacturer or with Agiplast.

The customer has the right to withdraw from his order made on the Agiplast website for a period of 14 clear calendar days from the delivery thereof. When this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.

Some products cannot be the subject of a right of withdrawal on the part of the customer, in particular underwear and perishable foodstuffs.

The customer wishing to use his right of withdrawal must make a request via his customer area and wait for Agiplast's confirmation before returning the goods. The return of products subject to the right of withdrawal will be made to the following address : Agiplast sarl Running Planet Genève, 34 Avenue de Frontenex 1207 Genève. The customer has a period of 14 days following the communication of his decision to retract to return the products to Agiplast.

As long as the products have not been returned to Agiplast, the customer's reimbursement may be postponed to the date of receipt of the returned products.

The Customer will be reimbursed by the means of payment used for the order on the Agiplast site or by bank transfer, and will take place within 14 days of the date of receipt of the withdrawal request, provided that the products have been returned to Agiplast.

The customer's reimbursement will include all the sums paid by him for the purchase of the product (purchase price including VAT, product delivery costs), not including the costs of returning the product which will remain at his expense.

The returned product must be in new condition, complete, with its original packaging, accompanied by all its labeling, accessories, documentation and instructions for use.

Products returned incomplete, worn, washed, damaged, soiled or damaged by the customer will not be taken back by Agiplast.

Products for which no element clearly identifies the customer will also not be taken back by Agiplast.
