Whether you're an athlete in the middle of training or just trying to maintain a healthy weight, the Garmin Index smart scale provides the metrics you need to track your progress and results. It measures your weight (lbs, kg, st), body mass index (BMI), body fat level, body water level, bone mass and muscle mass.

Garmin offers different measurement tools depending on your activity level and your favorite sport. Now, the Garmin Index smart scale lets you view your sporting activity results and view your stats on Garmin Connect ™, our free online community.

Garmin Index is connected to Wi-Fi so you can sync your data wirelessly to Garmin Connect. From your computer or compatible mobile device, Garmin Connect lets you see your data in more detail and assess your progress against your goals. The Index scale can recognize up to 16 people. Each of them can then automatically upload their body composition measurements directly to their own Garmin Connect account.
